Southern California Volunteer Team

Our Youth Volunteer Program

Our youth volunteer program, based in Southern California, aims to recruit highly motivated members of the next generation to advocate for mental health awareness and literacy in Chinese-American communities. The program includes a 30-hour intensive training covering topics such as mental health and emotional regulation, nonviolent communication, peer support, and the unique cultural challenges faced by Chinese Americans. Through this program, participants are empowered to become informed, compassionate advocates who can make a lasting impact in their communities.
